PLANNING THE WORK
A system holding private records needs different access controls, recovery plans and checks from a public portfolio.
An assistant that answers public questions has a different role from one that can access customer records, take calls or arrange appointments. Its permissions and testing need to reflect that.
Refining a product page and building a store with custom inventory connections involve different amounts of work. We clarify that before quoting.
A portfolio and an application containing private records need different protections. We consider who can access the information, how tools connect and what recovery would involve. Specialist security or compliance work is agreed with qualified providers when needed.
We try the navigation, forms and main journeys on different screens, including keyboard use, loading and errors. More complex work may also need integration, AI, load or specialist security tests. The checks should reflect what the project actually does.
An animation should help someone understand or navigate. We pay attention to media size, loading and mobile performance so the visual work does not get in the way. The site should remain clear and usable when motion is turned off.
