AI can help with repeated questions, appointments and routine work. To make it useful, we define the job, the information it can use and when a member of the team should take over.
An example of the parts that may be involved. We choose the connections and access permissions to suit the job.
01
Define the job before the agent.
Answering a call is different from searching internal documents or qualifying an inquiry. Each job needs its own boundaries. We agree on what the assistant should handle, what it needs to know and which decisions belong to the team.
02
Test beyond the expected question.
People don’t always phrase questions as expected. We check unclear requests, missing information, language, tone and failed connections. The assistant needs a sensible response when it cannot help, including a way to reach a person.
03
Keep learning from real use.
We look at answer quality, completed tasks and the moments that needed a handoff. Those observations help refine the system. Its information, connections and rules need attention as the business changes.
